Dr. Windell Davis Boutté, cosmetic surgeon in Atlanta, US, has to face several complaints of negligence. One of them for dancing and singing during one of the operations performed.

According to the Daily Mail, there are up to 12 recordings that reveal the irresponsible and unscrupulous act of Boutté, who together with her team, appear dancing and singing while the patient lies at the operating table.

However, the reason to file a complaint was that one could see patient's buttocks in the video, which caused her to take legal action against the doctor.

What at first glance may seem a dangerous game, but to some extent innocent, is not. Dr. Boutté has four complaints of negligence and leaving one of her patients almost in a vegetable state.

Such is the case of Icilma Cornelius, 54, had a cardiac arrest while undergoing an operation with Boutté, but apparently was not properly treated, because the lack of oxygen the patient ended with permanent brain damage, reports WSB-TV 2 Atlanta.

Two other women, Mitzi McFarland and Kristie Dolly, complain that the clinic sold them a non-invasive treatment called "Smartlipo", but Boutté decided to perform that as a common liposuction and left great marks on both of them in the womb. "As if Freddie Krueger had cut my stomach," said McFarland.

For its part, Monte Jackson, the woman who appears in the video of the unscrupulous surgeon, has suffered from a blood clot as a result of negligence during her operation and which almost cost her life.

"I think Boutté is a reckless doctor who does not focus on what's best for her patients," said Jackson, whose lawsuit complements four previous.

It should be noted that until now the reasons why the surgeon has not been processed or removed from the clinic where she works are unknown.
